She is the Goddess of Emotions, the one who gave the people her heart in order for them to be able to feel. The vials on her belt are the different emotions, and the spheres are the three dominant emotions - Happiness, Sadness, and Fear.

It was the most random thing ever. I just drew a couple of scribbly lines while on the beach, then I realised... hey... this could turn into... hmm... :P
