The drawing speaks for itself really. Dragons for me symbolise three things: Freedom, Determination, Imagination.
Too bad today's world isn't dragon-friendly...

Started this about 9 months ago, but I never got to finish it because of my exams. Now that my exams are over I decided to finish and submit it!

Size 40x60cm, pencil on plain white paper.

Nice! I thought this was digital at first, but the fact that it is traditional impresses me! You have a great control over values and shading- did you use charcoal or graphite? I really love this picture. :)

Oh I'm a big fan of traditional art :) Thank you very much! I used graphite. As well as a lot of patience.
I love charcoal but it smudges away too easily, so I can't work on a drawing for long period of time...
